How do I start my call campaign?
Starting your Inbound or Outbound call centre service with VirtualOfficeMedia is simple and straight forward. We will work with you and your Agents to ensure that everything is performing as effectively as possible from start to finish.
How long before my call campaign starts?
Before your Inbound call campaign can start we must have received a returnable deposit payment of £100, a signed Contract and Service Agreement and a completed Direct Debit mandate form.
Before your Outbound call campaign can start we must have received a signed Contract and Service Agreement and payment in full by either bank transfer or cheque.
How will I know how my call campaign is performing?
We provide a full reporting service throughout your call campaign to ensure your chosen service is performing as effectively as possible for you.
How much will my call campaign cost?
Both Inbound and Outbound call services are bundled into either Silver, Gold or Platinum packages depending on the type of service level required.
How do I pay for my call campaign?
Inbound call campaigns are available as a "Pay as you go" service but require a returnable deposit of £100 to cover the first months Service Management fee before the service can commence. Ongoing payments are then collected automatically from your nominated bank account by Direct Debit monthly as per your monthly invoice.
Outbound call campaign must be paid in full by either bank transfer or cheque before the service commences.
How will I know how much my Inbound calls cost me each month?
Each month you will receive an invoice to a confirmed emal address detailing exactly how many calls have been recieved, including a breakdown of costs and calling minutes by the second.

All home based call centre Agents have a dedicated 'home office' working environment, ensuring they are free from disturbance and distraction.
Is my data secure?
We take the security and protection of our Clients data and intellectual property very seriously and operate a strict recruitment policy, vetting all applicants carefully they are allowed to undertake a campaign.
Are calls recorded?
A full call recording facility is available upon request.
Do we take PCI DSS compliant payments?
PCI DSS compliant payment facilities are available upon request.
Will my Inbound callers ever be held in a queue?
VirtualOfficeMedia staffs its virtual call centre according to call volume and in most cases
there should not be any queue time and if any, minimal. Should an increase in call volume
occur without warning, such as inclement weather, all available agents will be brought in to adjust for the increased volume.
How do I cancel my service?
When will I get my Inbound call campaign returnable deposit back?
Your deposit will be returned once your service has ended and all outstanding balances owing have been paid in full. Please allow up to 28 days for funds to be credited to your account.
